New Labour Law in Saudi Arabia<\/h2>\n

The latest version of the new Saudi Labor Law was approved by Royal Decree No. M\/51 dated 08\/23\/1426 AH with the aim of regulating the Saudi labor market, preserving the rights of workers and employers, and developing human resources. This law consists of sixteen chapters divided into 245 articles.<\/p>\n
